Hybrid Characters 1

Decided to try my hand at making more human-like characters. The girl on the left is meant to be more similar to a killer whale and the one on the right is meant to be half American Paint Horse.

I was so proud at how well this turned out I even gave them names and a backstory with each other, the centaur girl is called Emily and the half-orca girl is called Marlene. When Emily was a young filly she and her family used to live in the city suburbs until they decided to move to a more peaceful country town in Alaska. During the journey they were riding a ferry through the Alaskan coastal shores to their new home and little Emily accidentally slipped and fell into the icy water! At the time she couldn't swim and with the freezing temperature making it difficult to move she would have quickly drowned had it not been for Marlene and her family pod swimming close by. Marlene was the first to come to her rescue keeping her head above the surface until the rescue boat came. From that moment onwards Emily and Marlene became life-long best friends and did everything together, whether it was racing from one end to the beach to the other with Emily galloping along the shore and Marlene swimming alongside or just hanging out at the boat port.
